Whenever asked for a book recommendation, this is my go to.

๐‘ฐ ๐’“๐’†-๐’“๐’†๐’‚๐’… ๐’Š๐’• ๐’†๐’—๐’†๐’“๐’š 6 ๐’Ž๐’๐’๐’•๐’‰๐’” ๐’๐’“ ๐’”๐’ ๐’ƒ๐’†๐’„๐’‚๐’–๐’”๐’† ๐’Š๐’•’๐’” ๐’‹๐’–๐’”๐’• ๐’”๐’ ๐’…๐’‚๐’Ž๐’ ๐’ˆ๐’๐’๐’…! @jamesclear , the author, clearly put a lot of time and effort into this book, it is the most complete piece on a self improvement theory that Iโ€™ve ever read – he did his work and didnโ€™t rush it, which makes ever page and every word incredibly valuable.

The goods: micro-habits get results. Want to start working out? Start with one push up a day, something so small that you cannot not do it.

Every day you do something – good or bad – you are consciously voting for the type of person you want to be. Crushed a bag of Ms Vickies Spicy Dills (but seriously, these chips arenโ€™t fair) all by yourself? It happens, get over it and make a conscious decision to not make the same mistake tomorrow. Never let a bad habit become a routine.

Create barriers to bad habits. Watching too much TV? Take the batteries out of the remote and put them in a different room every time you watch TV.

Spending too much money online? Delete your credit card info from your web browser, making you have to get the physical card out every time you buy something.


EVERYTHING! ๐™ˆ๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™š๐™ฎ ๐™ž๐™จ ๐™๐™–๐™—๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™จ.

The stock market will do itโ€™s part to grow your wealth, but you have to do yours by saving! Can you think of a good habit that doesnโ€™t save you money? I canโ€™t either.

Exercising, eating clean, not drinking, sleeping more, meditating, or spending more time with your kids. All of the above help you AND save you money.

Money saved turns into money invested turns into wealth down the road.
