Pick a small, monthly amount
The goal is to pick a monthly amount that you will forget about; we have suggested $5.00, $8.24 (shout out to the late, great Kobe Bryant), and $20 - but feel free to pick a custom amount you are comfortable with. Anything over $25 total for the year will get you a tax receipt.
3.
Forget about it!
Not unlike your seven streaming subscriptions, twelve software fees, or your gym membership – set it and forget it.
All proceeds go directly to KidSport Calgary to provide youth with more access to sport.
You won't notice the monthly charge, but the impact wil be immeasurable.
Be one of the first 150 people to pledge $20/month in support of KidSport Calgary and you'll receive our custom Compound Growth Fund Hoodie.
SIGN UP NOWLANTERN WEALTH COMPOUND GROWTH FUND
Just like investing, small and regular contributions now make a BIG difference down the road.
The Lantern Wealth Compound Growth Fund at the Calgary Flames Sports Bank is set up to be the monthly donation that you forget about.
Not unlike your Netflix subscription, gym membership or one of the half dozen apps you subscribe to on a monthly basis and have forgotten about, this fund is designed to ‘set it and forget it’.
A small monthly donation that goes a long way in the community.
KidSport Calgary will use 100% of the proceeds to provide deserving kids with shoes, skates, league fees, and camp funding.
Being exposed to sports can change the trajectory of a child’s life. A pair of new shoes can create a sense of belonging, a skill camp can provide exposure to post-secondary scouting, and a summer camp can keep kids out of trouble.
Small changes now lead to big changes later.
All donations totalling $25/more for the year will receive a tax receipt.
