RISK SURVEY, ID AND VOID CHEQUE

Sometime between now and when the meeting is booked, please fill out the brief risk survey found at  the link below.

The ten(ish) question survey will get a lot of standard questions out of the way so our time together will feel way less 'banky'.

I recommend completing from your phone instead of computer, at the end of the survey you can upload pictures of your identification and void cheque - two things we need to get from you eventually to open your accounts.  This is a secure and encrypted way to do that.
